Montego Bay Cruise Ship Pier has been welcoming visitors to Jamaica’s shores for many years. The port of Montego Bay was built in the 1960s on which was called the Bogue Islands; the area is now called Montego Freeport. The Montego Freeport terminal consists of five primary berths two of which are dedicated exclusively for cruise shipping. There is a centre for cruise passengers and crew, snack and refreshment stand.
