Their customer service is top-notch. They accommodated a last-minute change in our itinerary with ease. The drivers are also very friendly and knowledgeable about Jamaica.

Safe and Comfortable Journey

As a solo traveler, safety was my priority. Jamaica Customised Vacations and Tours provided a safe, comfortable, and friendly transfer to my hotel. I felt very well taken care of.

The Perfect Start to Our Vacation!

Our driver was not only punctual but also very friendly and gave us a mini-tour on the way to the hotel. It felt like we were being welcomed by a local friend!

Excellent Airport Transfer!

We used Jamaica Customised Vacations and Tours for our transfer to the resort. The driver was waiting for us with a smile, even though our flight was delayed. Excellent service!
