Conditions of Use

Terms of use, Polices and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to services. A cancellation fee of 45% will be charged thereafter. For cancellations due to illness, act of God, act of nature, missed flight or any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

Deposit Requirements:
• A deposit 50% or full payment is required to confirm Limousine and Town Car services; Full payment is required for all services originated out of Kingston, Jamaica, payments are made via our online e-commerce shopping carts. Deposits are done via PayPal or certified checks.

Redeemable Policy:
• In the event of cancellation or discontinuation of services in due time, a rescheduling, transfer or refund will be given.

Service Fees:
• An additional 6% service charge may be added to some of our services paid for online, which includes credit card, processing and service fees. These fees are non-refundable after payment (Fees are only applied to Credit Card/Online payments).

Age Requirements:
• For trips with 5 and more, Infants under 2 years old are free, if accompanied by an adult. Children 2 to 11 years old pay 50% and all applicable service fees apply. Ages 12 and over is considered an adult.

Information:
• Jamaica Customised Vacation and Tours is not responsible for wrong information such as incorrect flight info, dates, e-mail address or any information submitted by you resulting in the interuption of services.

Personal Effects Responsibilities:
• Jamaica Customised Vacation and Tours is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal effects while on our services. Please help us secure your personal effects. Check your person and area before leaving. All items left on our vehicles will be returned at owner's expense.

Rate Change and Review:
• All rates are subject to change, rates are reviewed on a monthly basis.
